Booking & Pricing

Are the prices per person or per car?
All prices are per vehicle, regardless of the number of passengers. My van can comfortably accommodate up to 7 people with plenty of luggage space.

Will we share the car with other travelers?
No. All transfers and tours are 100% private. You will have the entire van to yourself and your group, ensuring maximum comfort and privacy.

Do you require payment in advance?
To secure your date, I require a 20% deposit via PayPal or Revolut. The remaining balance can be paid anytime before the journey starts (via the same methods) or in cash (EUR/CZK/USD) when we meet.

What is your cancellation policy? I aim to be fair and flexible:

  • Private Transfers: Full refund of your deposit if cancelled at least 48 hours before departure.

  • Multi-Day Journeys: Full refund of your deposit if cancelled at least 7 days before the start of the tour.

  • Later cancellations are non-refundable.

What is included in the price of a Private Transfer?
The price includes the transfer itself, bottled water for everyone, high-speed Wi-Fi, USB chargers, and all parking fees. It also includes my time for any sightseeing stops we agree on along the way.

Not included: Meals, entrance fees to attractions, personal expenses and gratuities.

What is included in the price of a MULTI-DAY journey?

To make your trip as simple as possible, my pricing is transparent and covers all operational costs for the vehicle and the driver.

What is Included:

  • Driver's Availability: Up to 10 hours of service per day.

  • Mileage: Up to 500 km (300 miles) of driving per day.

  • Vehicle Costs: Fuel, standard highway tolls, and international car insurance.

  • Driver's Expenses: My own accommodation and meals are already included in the quote. You don't need to worry about my stay!

  • Essential Amenities: High-speed Wi-Fi, bottled water, and phone chargers on board.

What is Excluded:

  • Passenger Accommodation: Your choice of hotels, apartments, or Airbnbs.

  • Passenger Meals: All breakfasts, lunches, and dinners for your group.

  • Entry Fees: Tickets for museums, castles, or other attractions.

  • Premium Tolls: Special scenic routes (e.g., Grossglockner High Alpine Road), ferries, or car-trains.

  • Guiding Services: While I am happy to share local tips and history, professional licensed guides for city tours are not included.

  • Gratuities: Tips are not included in the price. While never mandatory, they are greatly appreciated if you feel you've received exceptional service.

Do you have Wi-Fi in the car?
Yes, high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the journey. :-)

Is the Wi-Fi free of charge?
Well, I officially charge $1 million per hour in cash! However, I have a special discount: It's 100% free if you promise to consider writing a 5* review on TripAdvisor or Google after our trip. I do not accept credit cards and 4*, 3*, 2* and 1* reviews. :-)))
(I'm joking about the million dollars, of course—the Wi-Fi is always free for my guests!)
